ACAR-25MG contains Acarbose, an oral alpha-glucosidase inhibitor used in the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It helps control blood sugar levels by slowing down the digestion of carbohydrates in the intestines, thus reducing post-meal blood glucose spikes.
Indications:
- Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (as monotherapy or in combination with other antidiabetic agents)
- Management of postprandial (after-meal) hyperglycemia
