4. Raynaud’s Disease/Phenomenon: It can help improve blood flow to the extremities, alleviating symptoms of this condition which causes coldness or numbness in fingers and toes.
5. PTSD-associated nightmares: In some cases, it may be prescribed off-label to help manage nightmares related to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

How it Works

Prazosin is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist. It works by blocking alpha-1 receptors on smooth muscles in blood vessel walls and the prostate. This causes these muscles to relax and widen, leading to:
