Mebaspa Tablet (Mebeverine Hydrochloride)
Indications:
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
- Gastrointestinal (GI) tract spasm
Dosage:
- Adults:
- Tablets (135 mg): One tablet three times daily (tid). The dosage may be gradually reduced after several weeks once the desired effect is achieved.
- Modified-Release Capsules (200 mg): One capsule twice daily (bid).
- Children: Consult a healthcare professional.
Administration: Oral.
Contraindications:
- Paralytic ileus.
Precautions: Exercise caution in patients with porphyria or a history of allergic reactions to mebeverine hydrochloride or similar medications.
Pregnancy & Lactation: Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or lactation.
