Dosage & Administration
- Typical Dosage: 1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning before meals.
- Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush.
Precautions
- Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Liver Disease: Use with caution in individuals with liver conditions; dosage adjustments may be necessary.
- Long-term Use: Prolonged use may lead to vitamin B12 deficiency and increased risk of bone fractures.
