Side Effects:
Common:
- Muscle pain/weakness (myalgia)
- Headache, dizziness
- Digestive issues (constipation, diarrhea, nausea)
Serious (Rare but require medical attention):
- Liver problems (yellow skin/eyes, dark urine)
- Severe muscle damage (rhabdomyolysis) – extreme weakness, dark urine
- Memory loss/confusion
