Uses
Extacef 200 DT is prescribed for:
- Respiratory tract infections: Pneumonia, bronchitis
- Urinary tract infections: Cystitis, pyelonephritis
- Ear infections: Otitis media
- Throat infections: Pharyngitis, tonsillitis
- Sexually transmitted infections: Uncomplicated gonorrhea
Dosage & Administration
- Adults & children over 12 years: Typically 200–400 mg daily, either as a single dose or divided into two doses
- Administration: Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water before taking it
- Note: Complete the full course as prescribed by your doctor, even if symptoms improve
