Dortsil
Drotaverine, the active component of Dortsil, is an antispasmodic that directly acts on smooth muscles. It works by inhibiting phosphodiesterase-IV, which helps to correct imbalances in cyclic AMP and calcium at the site of the spasm, thereby relaxing the smooth muscle and relieving pain.
