How Dicimox 125 Kid Tablet Works (Mechanism of Action)
Amoxicillin is an aminopenicillin antibiotic. It works by interfering with the final step of peptidoglycan synthesis, a crucial component of the bacterial cell wall. It does this by binding to specific proteins called penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs), which ultimately leads to the breakdown of the bacterial cell wall and bacterial death.
