Description
D Acne Gel 10Gm is a topical medication primarily used to treat acne vulgaris (pimples). Its main active ingredient is Clindamycin phosphate, which is an antibiotic. Clindamycin works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, effectively stopping the growth and multiplication of acne-causing bacteria, particularly Propionibacterium acnes. This action helps to reduce the bacterial load on the skin, a key factor in acne development.
