Dosage
- Adults: Initially, 8–16 mg three times daily. Maintenance: 24–48 mg daily.
- Administration: Should be taken with food.
Precautions
- Contraindications: Phaeochromocytoma, porphyria.
- Cautions: Active peptic ulcer, bronchial asthma, pregnancy, and lactation.
