How Ulgel Tablet Works

Magaldrate is an antacid that rapidly neutralizes excess stomach acid. In the stomach, it converts into magnesium and aluminum hydroxide, providing a sustained antacid effect. It also helps to balance intestinal motility, increase lower esophageal sphincter tone, and affect gastric emptying.

Simethicone works by allowing gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines to combine more easily, which facilitates their passage and relief from bloating and discomfort.
