Description
Rexipra Tablets contain escitalopram, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat mental health disorders. Each 5mg tablet works by increasing serotonin levels in the brain, improving mood and reducing anxiety. It is prescribed for adults and sometimes adolescents under close medical supervision. The tablets are small, white, and taken once daily, with or without food. Rexipra is effective for long-term management of depression and anxiety but may take 2–4 weeks to show full effects. Side effects like nausea or insomnia may occur initially. Store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of reach of children. A prescription is required due to its impact on brain chemistry and potential for withdrawal symptoms if stopped abruptly.
