Uses (Indications): Peptica Gel Gel is used to treat conditions such as:
- Hyperacidity
- Gastric ulcers
- Duodenal ulcers
- Gastritis
Dosage and Administration:
- Adults: Chew 1-2 tablets or take 2-4 teaspoonfuls (tsf) after meals and at bedtime as needed. Do not exceed 4 doses per day.

Contraindications: Peptica Gel Gel should not be used in cases of:

Drug Interactions:

Mechanism of Action:
- Aluminum Hydroxide: Works by neutralizing stomach hydrochloric acid, forming aluminum chloride (AlCl3) and water, thereby increasing gastric pH.
- Magnesium Hydroxide: Promotes bowel evacuation by drawing fluid into the colon (osmotic retention), which distends the colon and increases peristaltic activity. It also reacts with hydrochloric acid to form magnesium chloride.
- Simethicone: Reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal system, helping to disperse and prevent gas pockets.
