Description
Uses
Pandom DSR is prescribed for:
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Peptic ulcers
- Erosive esophagitis
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
- Nausea and vomiting
- Gastrointestinal motility disorders
Precautions & Warnings
Consult your doctor before using Pandom DSR if you:
- Are allergic to pantoprazole, domperidone, or any other components of the capsule
- Have liver or kidney disease
- Have heart conditions, especially prolonged QT interval
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, as it may exacerbate side effects.
Dosage
Take one capsule daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
Swallow the capsule whole; do not chew or crush.
Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding dosage and duration.
Side Effects
Common side effects may include:
- Headache
- Diarrhea
- Dry mouth
- Dizziness
- Abdominal discomfort
