- Irreversibly blocks gastric H+/K+ ATPase pump

Domperidone SR:
- Peripheral dopamine D2 receptor antagonist
- Enhances gastric motility and accelerates emptying
- Increases lower esophageal sphincter pressure
- Sustained-release formulation maintains effect for 12+ hours
Therapeutic Uses:

Dyspepsia with delayed gastric emptying

Dosage & Administration:
- Standard Dose: 1 capsule daily before breakfast
- Severe Cases: May increase to twice daily (under medical supervision)
- Duration:
- GERD: 4-8 weeks
- Maintenance: As needed
- Swallow whole – do not crush/chew (SR formulation)
