Mechanism of Action
Etoricoxib selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme, responsible for the production of prostaglandins involved in pain and inflammation. This selective inhibition allows effective symptom control while minimizing irritation to the gastric mucosa.
Indications
NUCOXIA 120 is indicated for the management of:
- Osteoarthritis
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Ankylosing spondylitis
- Acute gouty arthritis

Dosage and Administration
- Usual Dose: One tablet (120 mg) once daily or as directed by the physician

Precautions
