Composition

Mechanism of Action
- Naproxen provides anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes involved in prostaglandin synthesis.
- Domperidone helps prevent and manage gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, bloating, and dyspepsia by enhancing gastrointestinal motility and blocking dopamine receptors.
Indications
NAPROSYN 500 Plus is indicated for the management of:
- Musculoskeletal pain
- Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis
- Low back pain
- Postoperative pain
- Pain associated with inflammation and gastrointestinal sensitivity
Dosage and Administration
- Usual Adult Dose: As directed by the physician
- Administration: Best taken before meals to optimize gastrointestinal tolerance

Precautions
