Motifast
Domperidone acts as a peripheral dopamine-receptor blocker. It enhances gastrointestinal motility by increasing esophageal peristalsis, improving gastroduodenal coordination, lowering esophageal sphincter pressure, and facilitating gastric emptying. This leads to a decrease in small bowel transit time.
