Description
Main Uses
- Ringworm (Tinea corporis): A fungal infection affecting the skin.
- Athlete’s foot (Tinea pedis): Fungal infection between the toes or on the feet.
- Jock itch (Tinea cruris): Fungal infection in the groin area.
- Tinea versicolor: A fungal infection causing discolored patches on the skin.
- Dry, flaky skin: Often associated with fungal infections.
How It Works
Lulican Cream contains Luliconazole, an antifungal agent that works by disrupting the cell membrane of fungi, leading to their death and clearing the infection.
Application Instructions
- External Use Only: Apply a thin layer to the affected area once daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
- Preparation: Clean and dry the affected area before application.
- Avoid Contact: Keep the cream away from eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
- Hygiene: Wash your hands before and after applying the cream, unless your hands are the affected area.
Possible Side Effects
- Common: Mild burning, itching, redness, or irritation at the application site.
- Less Common: Dryness or peeling of the skin.
- These side effects are typically mild and resolve with continued use.
Precautions
- Allergy Alert: Do not use if allergic to Luliconazole or any other components of the cream.
- Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Children: Not recommended for children under 12 years for conditions like athlete’s foot or jock itch; may be used in children above 2 years for ringworm under medical supervision.
Storage
- Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- Temperature: Keep at room temperature, between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F).
