• Acidity and Heartburn

Dosage
• Adults: Typically, 40 mg once daily, taken on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning, at least 1 hour before meals

Precautions
• Liver Disease: Use with caution in patients with severe liver impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary
• Kidney Disease: Generally safe; however, caution is advised in patients with severe renal insufficiency
• Long-term Use: Prolonged use may lead to vitamin B12 deficiency, magnesium deficiency, and increased risk of bone fractures
