How to Use Dronis 20 Tablet
Dronis 20 Tablet should be taken orally, with or without food. It is crucial to take the dose at the same time each day, preferably after the evening meal or at bedtime.
Adult Dosage for Contraception:
There are two common dosing regimens for active tablets containing 3 mg drospirenone:
- 3 mg drospirenone/0.03 mg Ethinylestradiol: Take 1 active tablet daily for 21 days, followed by 1 inert (placebo) tablet daily for 7 days.
- 3 mg drospirenone/0.02 mg Ethinylestradiol: Take 1 active tablet daily for 24 days, followed by 1 inert (placebo) tablet daily for 4 days.
- Women should be instructed to take the tablets at about the same time every day.

Adult Dosage for Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD):

- Take 1 active tablet (3 mg drospirenone/0.02 mg Ethinylestradiol) orally once daily for 24 days, followed by 1 inert tablet orally once daily for 4 days.
