CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 is a multi-tasking morning moisturizer developed with dermatologists. Its unique formula features three essential ceramides (1, 3, 6-II) which are crucial for maintaining a healthy skin barrier, helping to keep moisture in and harmful elements out. It also contains hyaluronic acid, a powerful humectant that attracts and retains moisture on the skin’s surface, contributing to a smoother, plumper appearance. Additionally, the lotion includes niacinamide (Vitamin B3), known for its soothing properties and ability to help calm the skin and reduce transepidermal water loss.
A key feature of this product is its Broad Spectrum SPF 30, providing protection against both UVA and UVB rays, which are responsible for premature aging and sun damage. It utilizes InVisibleZinc™ Technology, which incorporates microfine zinc oxide for mineral sun protection, ensuring it spreads easily and dries with a clear, residue-free finish without leaving a white cast.
