Description

Common side effects include fatigue, dizziness, and cold extremities, while serious risks like bradycardia or worsening heart failure require monitoring. It is contraindicated in patients with severe bradycardia, asthma, or hypersensitivity. Regular blood pressure and heart rate checks are advised.
