AEROCORT CFC FREE INH200N (Beclomethasone Dipropionate + Levosalbutamol) is an inhaler used to manage asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Beclomethasone, a corticosteroid, reduces airway inflammation, while Levosalbutamol, a bronchodilator, relaxes airway muscles, relieving symptoms like wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath. Suitable for adults and children (as prescribed), it is administered via inhalation, typically 1-2 puffs daily or as needed for symptom control. It is not for acute asthma attacks. The CFC-free formulation is environmentally friendly. Common side effects include throat irritation, hoarseness, and palpitations, while rare risks like adrenal suppression or allergic reactions need monitoring. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity or untreated infections. Rinse the mouth after use to prevent oral thrush.
