Main Uses:
- Parkinson’s disease (when used in combination with Levodopa)

Mechanism of Action:
Entacapone works by inhibiting the enzyme catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT), which normally breaks down dopamine. By blocking this enzyme, ADCAPONE helps prolong the action of Levodopa, allowing for a more sustained release of dopamine in the brain and improving symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
Dosage & Administration:
