Description
Acolonac 100MG is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) containing Aceclofenac. It is primarily used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with:
- Osteoarthritis
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Ankylosing spondylitis
- Toothache
- Trauma
- Lumbago (lower back pain)
Dosage: Typically, one 100 mg tablet taken twice daily, preferably with food to minimize stomach irritation.
Common Side Effects:
- Nausea or vomiting
- Indigestion or abdominal pain
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Skin rash
Precautions:
- Use with caution in individuals with kidney, liver, or heart conditions
- Avoid during the third trimester of pregnancy
- Not recommended for children
- Monitor for signs of gastric bleeding
