ACNECLINE Gel is a topical anti-acne formulation containing Clindamycin Phosphate 1%, a powerful lincosamide antibiotic. It is specially designed for the treatment of acne vulgaris, targeting inflammatory lesions such as papules and pustules by reducing acne-causing bacteria and skin inflammation.
Indications:
- Mild to moderate acne vulgaris
- Inflammatory acne (pimples, pustules)
- Reduces acne-related redness and swelling
- Mechanism of Action:
Clindamycin works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, particularly targeting Propionibacterium acnes, the bacteria responsible for acne inflammation. It also helps reduce excess oil and sebum buildup in the pores, promoting clearer skin.
Directions for Use:
- Clean and dry the affected area
- Apply a thin layer of ACNECLINE Gel once or twice daily as directed by a dermatologist
- Wash hands after application
- Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken skin
Side Effects:
- Mild skin dryness or peeling
- Temporary redness or burning sensation
- Itching or irritation (rare)
- Note: If excessive irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.
